Healthy Life Without Smoking


 Smokers usually turn to cigarettes if they are working on a stressful job, if they have pain or simply for amusement. There are many reasons why you could smoke and there are also plenty of reasons why to quit.
You could continue smoking, but if you are thinking where do you want to be in 10 or 20 years, then you should consider to quit this unhealthy habit. Smoking can damage your health and your whole body. By continuing with this addiction, you will jeopardize your health and the health of the people around you. It is a proven fact that people who are non smokers and who inhale the air that the smoker exhales can get ill from that. In fact those people who try to lead a healthy life, but are surrounded with people who smoke will have more health consequences than the people who smoke. If you are a person, who cares about others and about their well being then there is one more reason why to quit smoking. By thinking on other people's health, you will be at the same time saving your own health.
People often forget that smoking around kids is not as harmless as it is thought. If you are a parent, you should think about their health as well. Besides that you are thinking on their health, you should also take into consideration that as a parent you are a role model to your kids. You should picture yourself as a parent of a fifteen years old kid, who is observing the behavior of her/his parents and peers. If you want to set an example to your kid, you should quit smoking, because if you are a smoker and you forbid to your kid to smoke, then your words will not have a meaning. You need to act accordingly to what you expect from them.

People like to look nice and to look healthy and in order to achieve that, they try all sorts of exercises, diets and creams. The best way to be healthy is to take in healthy substances into your body. That means to eat, drink and inhale healthy. If you are one of these people who like to look at their best all the time, then there is one more reason why to leave cigarettes aside and inhale a clean and fresh air.
If you want to be considered as a person of a strong will and as a person without addictions, then you should quit with the habit of smoking. By quitting with smoking you will prove to yourself and to people around you that you are the person who controls his/her life and not the other way around.
The key to success in any field is a strong will. By believing in yourself and in your capabilities you can achieve anything and you can defeat any addiction you may have. All you have to do is to have faith in yourself.
